Dr. Feldman received an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester New York, where he was chief resident. His cardiovascular training was completed at the University of Pittsburgh, Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He earned his M.P.H. in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.
